Robie Fire
August 12, 2025, 6:00 p.m. MT
(Robie Creek, Boise County) – The Robie Fire was reported today at around 4:26 p.m. near Robie Creek, Idaho, east of Boise. The fire is at least 6 acres with preliminary reports of one structure involved.
The Boise County Sheriff’s Office has issued Level 3 “Go” evacuation orders for all of Robie Creek. Residents must use Clear Creek to evacuate the fire area. Updates on the evacuations will be posted at www.facebook.com/boisecountysheriff. The Idaho City Rodeo Grounds is open for livestock.
There are 3 Idaho Department of Lands engines, 2 US Forest Service engines and a U.S. Forest Service crew, working with the Robie Creek Fire Department, the Thorn Creek Fire Department, and the Wilderness Ranch Fire Department on scene. Aerial resources include air attack, and a Type-1 and Type-3 helicopter. The aerial resources are utilizing Lucky Peak Reservoir, please keep clear of the area.
This cause of the fire is under investigation. All wildfires under IDL protection are investigated.
