Upcoming Delivered Products Timber Sale
I am reaching out to gauge your level of interest in the 2025 Fiscal Year Delivered Products Sale (BMPD). IDL is planning to solicit our harvesting contract by the end of next month, and to facilitate this process, we would like to assess the interest in these sorts.
Attached, you will find a form to complete and return via email. This will help us understand your potential interest in the sale.
Additionally, I have included several documents relevant to the sale, including cruise information, a cruise marketing report, sale maps, and a sample contract. The sample contract outlines the terms of the proposed sort sale agreements in detail.
Please note that submitting the Intent to Bid form does not obligate you to place a bid. However, in order to be eligible to bid, you must submit the form by the specified due date. This form helps us collect hauling cost estimates from contractors who may bid on the harvesting and hauling for the sale.
