New GIS Mapping Request Form
The GIS Program is introducing a new mapping request form to streamline the collection of information for IDL map requests. You can now submit map requests through the Map Request Form available on our IDL GIS SharePoint site.
Additionally, the SharePoint site features an updated document with links to our most commonly used GIS applications.
GIS Licensing Update
We are transitioning to a new Named User Platform over the next three years. In Year 1 named users have been identified based on their usage and editing activity in ArcPro and have been notified of the process to change from concurrent to named user. If you haven’t received an email from the GIS team confirming your transition to a Named User account, your ArcPro access will remain unchanged for now, and you will be migrated in the following two years.
Data Migration Notice
The GIS Program will be moving public enterprise data and applications to our AGOL environment to reduce strain on our enterprise platform. You may encounter broken links to data in existing ArcPro projects. To resolve this, please use the data layer file in your area’s GIS drive Enterprise Layer File Folder to re-import the data into your projects.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out.
