Graduate Research Innovation (GRIN) award ( Individual awards under this announcement are capped at $25,000)
Regional Fire Science Exchange: Alaska, Great Basin, Northern Rockies, Northwest, and Pacific regions (average awards of $152,000 and $329,500 per year depending on the geographic area)
Eligible Applicants
State governments, County governments, City or township governments, Special district government, Independent school districts, Public and State controlled institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized, Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, Private institutions of higher education, Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments), Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities
Not required, but encouraged to show commitment.
