Through the Good Neighbor Authority (GNA), the Idaho Department of lands conducts vegetation treatments on authorized federal lands. Revenues generated from GNA timber sales offset IDL costs, fund hazardous fuels treatments, and a broad range of forest and watershed restoration activities.
