He also noted the upcoming Board may be well served to take action addressing the thousands potential remaining disclaimers of interest that may come before the Board in the future.

- Governor Little inquired if IDL could demonstrate the necessity of this fee increase. Eric Wilson replied IDL is prepared to provide the Legislature detailed justification and empirical data that demonstrates the need to increase fees to cover actual costs, and that this information is already available on IDL's website (see "Research Materials" tab on rulemaking webpage).
