Tammany Creek Fire Update 12:30 PM PT

Date of Origin: 08/21/2022 5:00 pm PT

Location: Tammany Creek Road south of Lewiston

Estimated Size: 50 acres

Containment: 80%

Personnel: 30

Current situation

Firefighters are currently engaged with a wildland fire just south of Lewiston on Tammany Creek Road. Overnight rains helped substantially in addition to the quick response of the crews. Currently there are three engines and a hand crew moving forward with mop-up operations.
