November 3, 2021 - We continue to mark the one-year anniversary of Tamarack Resort’s West State Fire by talking about how #NoBoundariesForestry is reducing fire risk across property lines. In today’s video we hear from Levi Johnson, Community Manager at Tamarack Resort, about how private landowners worked alongside county, state, and federal agencies to improve the landscape on their property, and beyond. The takeaway? Thinning trees and removing ground fuels creates a forest more defensible to fire while still providing for beautiful recreation says Rich McChrystal.
