Developments have changed
To better provide detailed information regarding the local labor markets, the regional developments have been reformatted into two different versions. The first version is a summary of what's happening in each region and is located on our Idaho@Work blog.
Longer versions, with more detailed information, is located on the department’s labor market information website. This new format provides an in-depth look on regional trends including data on job openings, what’s going on in the news, openings, closings, housing information and more.
With the holiday season approaching, many Idahoans wonder what recent trends in retail might impact spending and employment this year. Historically, retail has been an enormous revenue source for the U.S. economy.
