Draft Policy Updates Open for Public Review & Comment
ACHD is proposing updates to its Code and Internal Policy Manual to reflect current practices, improve accessibility, and clarify policies related to administration, procurement, personnel, project design and development, traffic engineering, right-of-way, permits, maintenance, and more. These draft changes are available for public review, and community members are encouraged to share comments by Friday, March 13, 2026. All comments will be shared with the ACHD Board of Commissioners. A public hearing for adoption will be held on March 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at which time any members of the public are invited to join us online or in person to observe or provide public testimony.

In-Person
- Join us at 5800 N. Meeker in Boise in the Auditorium.
Virtually
- Participate online. The Meeting will be live-streamed and members of the public who wish to watch and ask questions can do so using Zoom.
