Construction to begin soon!
In January 2024, The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) will start construction on the 2024 Arterial and Collector Capital Maintenance Project. This maintenance project includes pavement rehabilitation, upgraded pedestrian ramps, and new curb, gutter, and sidewalk at certain locations. Construction is anticipated to be completed late in the summer of 2024.
Road Segments:
- Swan Falls Road, King Road to Sunbeam Street
- Stagecoach Way, Swan Falls Road to Luker Road
- Luker Road, King Road to Stagecoach Way
- Fill in a sidewalk gap on Luker Road between Access Street and Stage Coach Way
- Replace an existing culvert at the Luker Road and Stagecoach Road intersection
- Poen Road, Swan Falls Road to Cloverdale Road
Construction Impacts:
- Temporary road closures and lane restrictions
- General construction noise, dust, equipment backup alarms and ground vibration
- Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. unless otherwise approved
- The contractor will work with homeowners to minimize construction impacts
*Construction schedules may change due to high demand for contractors, labor, and supplies.
