Integrated Five-Year Work Plan (IFYWP) 2024-2028
The Ada County Highway District's (ACHD) Integrated Five-Year Work Plan (IFYWP) sets forward the strategies, projects, and priorities ACHD will pursue over the next five years. The first two years of the Plan align with ACHD’s 2024 budget. This plan allows elected officials, staff, partner agencies, and the public to work in a coordinated fashion to implement projects.
Based on input from residents, the ACHD Commission, and our partner agencies, we have identified projects that may be considered for implementation to improve the transportation system in your neighborhood. Review and provide feedback on the draft list of projects being considered for the plan!

There are several ways to participate in the public meeting:
In-Person
- Join us at 3775 Adams Street in Garden City at the Auditorium.
Virtually
- Participate online. The Meeting will be live-streamed and members of the public who wish to watch and ask questions can do so using Zoom.
