Eagle Road Closure at Ranch Drive
Starting Monday
EAGLE — Beginning Monday, Eagle Road will be closed at the intersection of Ranch Drive as part of ACHD’s Eagle Road and Ranch Drive Enhanced Pedestrian Crossing project.
This closure is expected to last for about two weeks.
Commuters should use State Highway 44 to the south or Floating Feather Road to the north, and take Ballantyne Road or State Highway 55 to get around the closure. (see detour maps below)
Business and residential access will be maintained along Eagle Road, but only local traffic will be allowed between Floating Feather and State Highway 44.
Over the past few weeks, crews have been making sidewalk improvements and working on underground utilities on either side of Ranch Drive. This is the final phase of the project for road construction and the installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon at the intersection.
