The Norwalk Fire Department is proud to partner with the Iowa State Fire Marshal’s Office: Iowa’s Great Escape Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Combination Detector Grant Program. Through this program, we are able to provide free smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to homes in our community that need them. Early notification saves lives—these alarms are crucial for alerting you and your family in the event of a fire or carbon monoxide emergency.
