Unlock new adventures with your Iowa City Public Library card! Did you know you can check out an "Adventure Pass" that grants free access for two adults and two children to several Iowa attractions and museums, including the Blank Park Zoo, Figge Art Museum, and Science Center of Iowa?
To reserve an Adventure Pass, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Iowa City, Hills, Lone Tree, University Heights, or rural Johnson County. Your library card should be unexpired with no billed items, and total fees should be under $10. Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID to access the venue. Each patron can reserve one pass per venue every 365 days.

Experience the magic of summer at ABC Day, our annual summer reading kickoff event during the Iowa Arts Festival.
Join us on the Ped Mall for a day of fun and excitement for all ages. Produced by the Iowa City Public Library, ABC (Arts, Books & Children) Day features a variety of activities, including Paint the Town, life-size games, music, art, and more!
