The Iowa City Public Library’s Bookmobile will not be in service from Monday, December 5 to Friday, December 9, due to vehicle maintenance. Bookmobile service is scheduled to resume on Monday, December 12.
If you have holds to pick up on the Bookmobile, those items will be available at the Downtown Library from Monday, December 5 to Friday, December 9 and available on the Bookmobile again on Monday, December 12. Holds available during this closure will be extended to remain available through Friday, December 16th

The ICPL Bookmobile can be found at Legacy Independent Living, 1080 Silvercrest Way, at a new parking location. Staff love connecting with residents and staff of Legacy, as well as neighborhood visitors. The recently updated parking location allows community members greater ease of access to the Bookmobile.
