We can help with your black-and-white printing needs through our Email web form or Live Chat service, both found at https://icpl.org/ask. If using the Email web form, please provide your full name, a contact email or phone number, and your attachment by using the small paperclip icon in the lower right corner of the “What can we help with?” form field. Printouts may be picked up anytime during our regular Curbside hours (Monday-Friday 2-6 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.-1 p.m.). There is a limit of 10 pages per day. Just ask a staff person for your printout, no appointment necessary! You can also call us at 319-356-5200 if you need further assistance.
Library Closed Monday, Sept. 7 for Labor Day
The Library will be closed Monday, Sept. 7 for the Labor Day holiday. This will impact current services including Curbside Pickup, mailing of materials, as well as phone and email support services. Curbside Pickup will still be available on Saturday, Sept. 5. Have a safe and fun weekend!
Voting Forms Available Curbside
During Curbside Pickup hours you can now get forms to register to vote or for an absentee ballot request. These are important to make sure that you are able to vote in the upcoming November election.
The Summer Reading Program: Imagine Your Story has been extended until Monday, Sept. 7th. That's right! You can spend your Labor Day weekend polishing off your "To Read" list and count them in your total! All ages can sign up and participate just by logging books they have read (or listened to) and the ICPL programs that individuals participate in.
Didn't sign up earlier in the summer? No problem! You can always log that series you tore through in June, a program you participated in, and that epic you listened to while working outside.
Sign up via Beanstack and record participation by utilizing their app, on the site, or by printing out and completing the PDF of the summer reading log and returning to us at the Library. Upon completing the program, participants will be entered into the prize drawing for Iowa City Downtown District gift cards that will take place in September after the close of the program. Individuals can also repeat the program three times as bonus levels for additional entries into the drawings.
