Mercer Park Pool to close temporarily in August; schedules announced for other City pools

Mercer Park Pool at 2701 Bradford Drive will be closed from Monday, August 1, 2016 through Friday, August 26, 2016 for cleaning and minor repair work. During this time, the Robert A. Lee Recreation Center Pool at 220 S. Gilbert Street and City Park Pool at 200 Park Road will operate on the following schedule:

Robert A. Lee Recreation Center Pool

Monday - Friday
6:15 - 9 a.m.                          Lap Swim, all lanes
8 - 8:45 a.m.                          Aquacise Class, 2 lanes
9 - 10 a.m.                             Senior Swim, 3 lanes
11 a.m. - 12 p.m.                   AFAP Exercise Class, 2 lanes
10 a.m. - 1 p.m.                     Lap Swim, remaining lanes
1 - 4:30 p.m.                          Open Swim, 5 lanes
                                              Lap Swim, 1 lane
4:30 - 6:30 p.m.                     Lap Swim, all lanes
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.                     Deep End Aquacise, deep end
6:30 - 8 p.m.                          Open Swim, all lanes

Saturday
6:15 a.m. - 12 p.m.                Lap Swim, all lanes
9 - 10 a.m.                             Deep End Aquacise, deep end

City Park Pool

Monday - Friday
9 - 10 a.m.                             Aquacise/ Lap Swim, middle lanes / outer lanes
10 a.m. - 1 p.m.                     Adult Lap Swim, all lanes
1 - 3:30 p.m.                          Open Swim, all lanes
3:30 - 8 p.m.                          Open Swim, 4 outer lanes / wings
4:30 - 6:30 p.m.                     City High Practice, 4 middle lanes
