New Seasonal Hours
All DCCB locations are open for seasonal hours!
- Forest Park, Hanging Rock, Sportsman Park, and Trindle Park are now open 8am-10pm daily.
- Glissman Conservation Area, Kuehn Conservation Area, and Voas Nature Area are open 30 min before sunrise to 10pm daily.
- All park and depot restrooms are open.
- Forest Park Museum has added hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 1-4pm.

Summer Youth Volunteer Program
LOCATION: Voas Nature Area, Minburn DATES: June 9-July 14, Thursdays, 8am-noon
Is your child interested in a meaningful summer of service in the outdoors? DCCB will once again host a Summer Youth Volunteer Program for students ages 10-14. We will continue working on a savanna restoration project began five years ago by other Summer Youth at Voas, as well as an educational component, and plenty of time to enjoy nature play. *Registration is required by emailing Mike and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, as space is limited. Please register only if your child can attend the majority of dates.

Seeking bluebird box monitors
Volunteers are needed for monitoring bluebird boxes at Voas Nature Center, near Minburn. This weekly commitment, from approximately May-mid August, does not require experience. Email Mike Havlik for more information.
