Enhancements
Pop-Up Window
Agency Managers now have the ability to add a pop-up window to their website. The pop-up window configuration can be found when you are in Edit mode in Drupal under the new Configuration link. Pop-ups can be added to one page or a section of your website. They can have content with a title, text, and links, and can be edited with the same WYSIWYG toolbar that you are already familiar with. You can control whether a website visitor sees the pop-up every time they visit or just the first time. There are other options for pop-up size as well.
Agency Managers - please read through the instructions on the DX Training website before attempting to add a pop-up window. Submit a ServiceDesk Plus ticket for any questions or help with the pop-up window.

Archived Documents Report
A new website report is available for you under Site Settings > Reports. The Archived Documents report shows a list of all the documents that you have designated as Archived within Drupal. The report will show you the Title, File Name, File Type, Author, and more information about the documents.

How To: Refresher on Creating a Link
The Linkit tool in the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) toolbar is used to create links. It makes creating internal links in your website content easy. It offers an autofill box where you can start typing the title of the page you'd like to link to. This box shows a list of the targeted internal pages for internal linking. It helps prevent broken links and ensures the URLs are correct. Use the Linkit tool to create other types of links as well. Learn more on creating links on the DX Training website.

How To: Refresher on Creating Accessible Content
When creating content, remember to review the guidelines to make your content accessible. Formatting tips such as not using quotations marks or italics, using headings properly, and providing useful alt text can make all the difference for constituents using screen readers. You can find these guidelines and more on Creating accessible content on the DX Training website.
