 Free Prep Sessions for Iowa Healthy Hometowns Funding Opportunities
The Iowa Primary Care Association is launching free, in-person Technical Assistance (TA) sessions to help your organization prepare for two upcoming Iowa Healthy Hometowns funding opportunities being released in mid-July by Iowa Health and Human Services (Iowa HHS).
Communities of Care Co-Location and Hometown Connections School-Based Services
If your organization is working to expand access to coordinated care in rural communities, these sessions are designed to help you:
- Understand funding priorities and application expectations
- Strengthen your approach to coordinated care and community partnership
- Position your organization for a competitive application
For the week of June 1, in-person training sessions will be held in Osceola and DeWitt:
Thursday, June 4, 2026 – Osceola
- Clarke County Fairgrounds (2070 W. Mclane Street)
- 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Co-Location TA
- 1-4 p.m. | School-Based TA
Friday, June 5, 2026 – DeWitt
- DeWitt Community Center (512 10th Street)
- 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Co-Location TA
- 1-4 p.m. | School-Based TA
