Website Features and Enhancements
NEW Editoria11y Dashboard
The new Editoria11y Dashboard is now available in Drupal. When you’re editing your site, you’ll see a new Reports menu with a link to Content Accessibility. This opens a dashboard that shows all Editoria11y alerts across your entire website. Selecting an alert will show every page where that issue appears.
You’ll still see the red, yellow, and blue alert badges on individual pages. The dashboard simply gives you a quick way to view all your site’s alerts in one place.

Need Help?
REMINDER: Need help or think you've found a bug? Submit a ticket through ServiceDesk Plus for DOM DoIT Websites and Digital Services. Please submit a ticket rather than emailing or otherwise contacting the DX team. By using ServiceDesk Plus we can better track tickets as a team and have the solutions available as future resources for all DX team members.

How To: Create Appealing Landing Pages
Landing pages help users navigate your site by introducing and highlighting key topics. They guide visitors to detailed information found on Basic pages, News, Events, or Lists. To create an effective Landing page, focus on clear structure, helpful content, and a visually appealing layout.
Landing pages are not meant for long text or detailed information. Avoid using them for low‑level or specific content that should use a structured content type such as Events, News, or How Do I.

How To: Reply to Your ServiceDesk Plus Tickets
You have a problem. You submit a ticket in ServiceDesk Plus and it gets assigned. The technician asks for more information or asks you to confirm whether the issue is fixed. If you don’t respond after one or more attempts, the technician can’t tell whether the problem is resolved. The ticket stays open for a reasonable amount of time, and if there’s still no reply, the technician closes it due to lack of response.
Please reply to technician questions or updates promptly. This helps close tickets efficiently and lets the technician know whether the issue is resolved or needs more work. To respond, open your ticket, select Reply or Reply All, type your message, and select Send at the bottom of the page.
You can learn more about ServiceDesk Plus and how to submit tickets, add attachments, add notes, add updates, and more on the DOM Intranet.
