Combat Cancer Health Hub Program
This procurement is for establishing the framework for hub and spoke networks of care for the delivery of cancer care in Iowa. Iowa HHS anticipates that this work may include forming rural provider strategic partnerships, advancing telehealth, establishing referral networks and agreements (particularly among non-affiliated provider organizations), provider recruitment, equipment purchases and associated minor renovations, and other funds needed to establish or advance the provision of cancer care at spoke sites providing routine cancer care and hub sites providing specialty care and advanced cancer care.
Interested applications should submit a mandatory letter of intent by June 3, 2026 and applications by June 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
