What is Drupal?
Drupal is our CMS (Content Management System) where we create and edit our webpages, microcontent (embeddable elements), and navigation structures that make up our websites. From Drupal we can build our pages, create redirects, create menus, run reports, add our images and documents that are classified as media, and so much more.

How To: Search for Content by Node ID
If you can't find a piece of your website content in Drupal or can't remember the title but you know the node ID number, you can search by that node ID number in your Content Library. This applies to content/web pages. Select Content in Drupal and find the Node ID search box. Your content URL may look like this - https://dxtraining.iowa.gov/node/13. You can type 13 into the Node ID search box to find your content. You can edit, delete, or clone from there.

How To: Find and Edit a Document Using /edit
If you have a link to a document with the media number, such as https://dxtraining.iowa.gov/media/155, but can't remember the name or just can't find it within your Media Library, add /edit after the URL in your browser. This applies to media items. https://dxtraining.iowa.gov/media/155/edit will bring you to that item within your Media Library where you can edit, replace, or delete that item.

How To: Maps on Location Pages
When you choose to create a Location page, you'll be asked to fill in the required information of a physical address, along with optional information such as contact information, areas served, hours of operation, and details. Once you save the page, whether in Draft, Review, or Published form, a Google map will be automatically added to your Location page.
Tip: Your map won't show in Preview mode.
