Enhancements

Indenting/Tab Feature

Indenting is now allowed for text or paragraphs without automatically adding a paragraph space above or below. Indenting can also be used within a table cell. Use the indent paragraph or un-indent paragraph icon on the WYSIWYG toolbar.

HOW TO: Schedule a Publish Date

To schedule a Publish Date for a piece of content, make sure the Save as field is set to Draft before scheduling. This ensures the scheduler changes it to published at the chosen time.

To schedule your page to be published you will need to use the Schedule a status change text below the Save As dropdown field.

From there you can have the status change to Published and set it to a specific date and time. Learn more about scheduling a status change on the DX Training website.

HOW TO: Steps vs. How Do I Content

Steps make up How Do I content. You can create Steps separately, then add to How Do I content, or you can create a How Do I page and add the Steps on the fly. Steps can be a bulleted or numbered list, with a minimum of two Steps required. Steps can be reused on other How Do I pages and only need to be edited in one spot. Learn more about Steps and How Do I pages on the DX Training website.
