New Compliance Trend Report in Acquia Optimize

Acquia Optimize has a new report feature called a Compliance Trend Report. You can find it in the Reports section of Acquia Optimize. Select the piece of paper icon to enter the Reports section.

Report center

Scroll down to the bottom to the Consolidated Reports section and click on the blue folder icon to the right of Compliance Trends.

From there you can click on ‘OK’ to wait for an email with a link to your report or click on ‘Open received report’ to open within your browser (you’ll still receive the email with a link to your report).

You can choose to view your trends for the past month, quarter, or year. You can view trends for Quality Assurance, Accessibility, Policies, and SEO. These reports are a great way to get a quick view of the progress on your work of raising your Quality Assurance and Accessibility scores in particular.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Usage Count Column Added to 'All Documents' Report

A new column titled 'Usage Count' has been added to the 'All Documents' report in Drupal. The usage count does not reflect places where a document is included in a Listing Page or Automatic List. Please take this into account when deleting or archiving documents. You can check this against the All Automatic Lists and All Listing Pages reports. Go to Site Settings > Reports.

New Column Added to the 'ALL Documents' Report

A new column has been added to the 'All Documents' report in Drupal. The new 'Marked as Archive' column will tell you which documents have been marked as 'Archive.'

Usage Column Added to 'Images with Alt Text' Report

The 'Images with Alt Text' Report available in Drupal is a listing of all images in your Media Library, including their alt text. A new column called 'Usage' has been added to tell you if the image is being used and how many times it's used.

How to: Work with Steps

Steps are concise pieces of content utilized for "How Do I?" guides, outlining each action the user must take to complete a task. Steps can be either created directly within the How Do I content page OR they can be created within the Step Microcontent page. Learn more about creating Steps on the DX Training site.

How to: Publish Pages to Your Agency's Website

If you are unable to publish pages to your agency's website because you only have the options of 'Draft' or 'Review,' it's because of the author role you were assigned.
