Current Enhancements

Here’s an overview of the key updates from the past two weeks:

Adjusted Print Styles

We’ve introduced a refreshed printer-friendly version of Landing pages, Basic pages, and Book pages. Additionally, listing pages with a map now prints with the map when the user performs the browser print page (right mouse click - print).

Contacts Display on FAQ Page

You can now add a contact to an FAQ page!  The selected contact information is now shown at the bottom of the FAQ list, ensuring that relevant contacts are easily accessible.

Content Moderation for Microcontent

Content moderation has been enhanced for all microcontent types! Previously, individual microcontent could only be immediately published or unpublished. Now, microcontent can be set to Draft, Review, Published, or Archive, providing greater control. Additionally, when a writer updates a promo  used across multiple pages, agency managers will have oversight on the state changes of that specific microcontent, ensuring better governance and review processes.

Use a Remote URL to Create a Document

You can create a document link for a document on another website by creating the document in the media library by going to the "Document Source" field and then selecting "Remote URL".  This feature is helpful if you want to create a document list of documents on your website and external as you can use your topic tag to create the document list.

Just keep in mind if the URL is ever changed you will have to manually go and update the remote URL as well.

Additional Updates:

  • Automatic Lists of Locations and Contacts Now Sorted Alphabetically
  • External Link Text Bug for Screen Readers Now Resolved

New Site Launches

Two new websites have launched in the past two weeks, bringing refreshed experiences and improved access to information:

Staff Directory Change

Just a quick reminder that the enterprise footer link for “Staff Directory” has been removed. Submit a Service Desk request if you need help adding the Directory to your agency footer or use the friendly DX Training site instructions for footers.
