Hello, members and friends!
Our final ICUB Des Moines Chapter meeting of 2024 will be held on Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the Iowa Department for the Blind. We are serving pizza to anyone who comes. We will begin serving pizza at 5, and if anyone could volunteer to help serve, please reach out to me via email or by calling me at 515-418-1143. We are ordering seven pizzas, so there will be something for everyone.
I will be giving my report as a first-time attendee of the national ACB Convention this past summer. We will also be holding nominations for president, treasurer, and a director.
Only members can of course vote for candidates for these positions, but all are welcome to come and enjoy food and fellowship as well as to see how we do things. I know that some may not be able to attend in person for various reasons, so the Zoom link is below. I look forward to seeing all of you on Monday for an exciting meeting. Take good care.
