DES MOINES—Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird will host a press conference with an Iowa cold case family on Tuesday, October 8, in Sioux City to share the impact for one family whose case was solved in 2021. The statewide cold case unit is committed to partnering with law enforcement to investigate Iowa’s more than 400 cold cases and bring answers to cold case families across the state.
