News & Updates
ICN's network expertise and customer support were loud and clear when the DMPD needed assistance when the tornado sirens were in jeopardy.
The Radio Services Section within the Des Moines Police Department (DMPD) reached out to the ICN in early October when they received notice that their telecommunications provider was going to disconnect two data (T1) circuits on November 1. The existing provider was unwilling to extend additional time or help find a solution for the Des Moines Police Department.

Peer to Career Program Receives Recognition
We would like to extend our congratulations to Lori Larsen for being named the Ottumwa Job Corps Advocate of the Year for her outreach efforts in developing the Peer to Career program. She discussed the collaboration and youth advocacy at their Student Career Training Exposition in November, which was open to the Ottumwa community.
Our ICN staff members, along with representatives from Fiberutilities Network Services, RHT Technologies, Panduit, KLK Construction, and the Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, have had discussions with the Network Cable Installation (NCI) students. There are more great speakers to come.
