OnVue to Provide Online Insurance Producer Examinations
Des Moines - The Iowa Insurance Division today announced that insurance producer examinations will be available in an online format through OnVUE online proctoring by PearsonVUE beginning November 12, 2020.
“This new process will help insurance producers be able to sit for their examinations at their office or at home while still safeguarding the integrity of the examination,” Iowa Insurance Commissioner Doug Ommen said.
OnVUE provides a seamless testing experience with a simple download of the application and self check-in process. Candidates provide their own computer and a private room to take the exam, during which they’re monitored by a live proctor through the webcam and microphone to safeguard the integrity of the exam.
