IDR Removes Notarization Requirements on Select Tax Forms


The Iowa Department of Revenue has removed the notarization requirement on select tax forms. The change, prompted by COVID-19, is designed to provide flexibility to retailers, contractors, and taxpayers who would typically be required to submit notarized forms. The following forms that no longer require a notary public are:
