A Message from the Iowa Communications Network
The Iowa Communications Network (ICN) is saddened to announce that Executive Director Philip Groner passed away after his battle with cancer on February 18. Philip worked for the ICN for 20 years, and was appointed as executive director in 2018. His passing is a great loss to the State of Iowa and the customers that he loyally served. The Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission and the ICN extend our deepest condolences to his wife Allyson and their two sons.
