Get our guide to navigating the general chapters: Complying With USP <795>,<797>, and <800> in Iowa The Iowa Board of Pharmacy requires full compliance with United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) General Chapters <795>, <797>, and <800> as of December 1, 2019. Compliance with USP <800> is required for both compounding and non-compounding pharmacies (657 IAC 8.5(11)). This activity will assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in navigating these requirements. Sept. 1st Deadline Approaching! You must send the Delayed Compliance Petition Form to amanda.woltz@iowa.gov by 9/1/19.
