IowaWORKS Services Moving to New Location in Fort Madison
FORT MADISON, IOWA – Starting Feb. 25, services for IowaWORKS in Fort Madison will be available at a new location, days and times.
Job seeker services will be provided at the Lee County Health Department, #3 John Bennett Dr. on Mondays from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.
In addition, starting Feb. 25, services for IowaWORKS in Keokuk will be provided on Wednesdays instead of Tuesdays. Hours are 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m. The location remains the same, Southeastern Community College, 335 Messenger Road.
IowaWORKS, a proud partner of the American Job Center Network, provides free job seeker services include resume writing help, interviewing tips and career exploration. In addition, help is available to file for unemployment insurance. No-cost business services include recruitment assistance and information about employer incentives such as tax credits.
Customers can call the IowaWORKS Center in Burlington at 319-753-1671 to reach the Fort Madison and Keokuk offices. All mail for the Fort Madison and Keokuk offices should be sent to the IowaWORKS Center in Burlington, 1000 N. Roosevelt Ave., Suite #9, Burlington, IA 52601.
