The Iowa Department of Revenue's Research and Analysis Division has recently released four tax credits program evaluation studies completed in 2018. These include the following:
- Redevelopment Tax Credit written by Zhong Jin
- Endow Iowa Tax Credit co-written by Angela Gullickson and Chris Kiolbasa
- Tax Increment Financing written by Anthony G. Girardi
- Child and Dependent Care and Early Childhood Development Tax Credits written by John Good
The studies can be found on the Department's website.
The statutory mission of the Iowa Department of Revenue is to serve
Iowans and support state government by collecting all taxes required by
law, but no more.
