Iowa Sales/Use/Excise Tax Exemption Certificate Updated

The Department has updated the Iowa Sales/Use/Excise Tax Exemption Certificate, 31-014 to include new items from tax reform bill Senate File 2417. 

This form can also be found in the Tax Form Index under Sales and Use Tax. 

The statutory mission of the Iowa Department of Revenue is to serve Iowans and support state government by collecting all taxes required by law, but no more.
