Helpful Tips

Here are some helpful tips to help you Navigate the New UST Renewal Process

TIP #1- LOGGING IN
If you do not have an Enterprise A&A username and password already, you will need to create one.

Click on “Create an Account” at the top of the UST Online Renewal application login page to obtain an Iowa Enterprise A&A account.

If you already have an Enterprise A&A account but cannot get logged in or are having trouble with your password; please contact the State of Iowa Service Desk at 515-281-5703 to assist you.

TIP #2- SEARCHING FOR MY SITE
The easiest way to search for your site is by Registration ID or city.
There is no need to fill out all of the search boxes.

The less information in the search boxes the better!

TIP #3- PMMIC Insureds with Expired Insurance
If you are renewing with PMMIC then there is no need to upload your new insurance documents. PMMIC electronically notifies the Iowa DNR on policy renewals.

TIP #4- Clicked Print Summary, But Forgot Something
If you have completed your renewal and clicked "Print Summary" but your form did not print or you forgot to attach something, do not complete the renewal again.
Completing the renewal again creates multiple electronic submissions.

You may email missing attachments or request your completed form by emailing Cara Ingle at cara.ingle@dnr.iowa.gov

TIP #5- DISTRIBUTION CENTER
Distribution Center is for owners who own multiple sites. If you do not know your Distribution Center number and wish to search using it, you can contact Cara Ingle at 515-725-8364.

As a reminder, the annual tank management fee of $65 per compartment will be due by January 15, 2018.
