myIowaUI Adds New Account Management Feature

Employers and their assigned agents can now inactivate their myIowaUI account online.

The Iowa Workforce Development Unemployment Insurance Tax Bureau added this new functionality to give employers and their assigned agents greater control over their account.

To inactivate a myIowaUI account, choose the Inactivate Account link on the Employer homepage and follow the prompts.

This enhancement supports the agency's commitment to make technology upgrades to streamline processes and improve service.
