Lane shifts scheduled for Kawaihau Road Aug. 11 to 14
KAPA‘A - The Department of Public Works and its contractor Maui Kupono Builders are announcing lane shifts along portions of Kawaihau Road in Kapaa August 11 to 14, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The lane closures are necessary to allow Maui Kupono Builders to continue road striping along this roadway.
Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary lane and road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
