May 21 UPDATE: Real Property Collections office open for regular business hours Thursday, May 21
The Real Property Collections office will be open today, Thursday, May 21, during regular business hours, as the 2026 Real Property foreclosure sale at the Kaua‘i War Memorial Convention Hall will no longer take place. Mahalo!

Real Property Collections office will close from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday May 21
LĪHU‘E – The Real Property Collections office will close from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, May 21, to accommodate the 2026 Real Property foreclosure sale.
The 2026 Real Property foreclosure sale will commence at 9 a.m. at the Kaua‘i War Memorial Convention Hall.
The Real Property Collections office will reopen from noon to 4 p.m.
Regular hours of operation at the Real Property Collections office are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for state and federal holidays.
