Officials advise no swimming, ocean activities at Hanalei Bay
HANALEI – Ocean Safety Bureau officials are advising no swimming or other ocean activities at Hanalei Bay due to heavy runoff and brown water.
As a safety precaution, OSB officials have posted warning signs and are monitoring the area.
For up-to-date information about Kaua‘i ocean conditions and ocean safety, please speak to a county lifeguard at any lifeguard station, visit safebeachday.com/county/kauai/, or call the Ocean Safety Bureau at 808-241-4984.
