TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Road Closures in Līhuʻe on May 2
LĪHU‘E – The Kaua‘i Police Department is advising the public of temporary road closures in Līhuʻe on Saturday, May 2, from 7 a.m. to approximately 8:30 a.m. for the 47th Annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk.
Closures will be in effect along the following roads:
- Hoʻolako Street (from Vidihna Stadium to Rice Street)
- Rice Street (from Hoʻolako Street to Umi Street)
- Umi Street
- Ninini Point Street
Motorists should expect delays and drive with caution.
The Kaua‘i Bus Route 70 (Līhuʻe Shuttle) will not service Rice Street stops during the closure. Use the Eiwa Street shelter as an alternate.
