KPD Seeks Public’s Assistance in Locating Wanted Princeville Man
LĪHU‘E – The Kaua‘i Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Princeville man who is wanted in connection with multiple criminal investigations.
Richard Leibman, 48, is described as five feet ten inches tall, approximately 170 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He is known to frequent the Princeville, ‘Anini, and Po‘ipū areas.
Leibman is wanted on four warrants related to burglary, theft, and criminal trespass, and has been linked to 11 incidents in 2025 and 2026. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
