Multiple agencies responding to helicopter crash Thursday
HANALEI - Injuries following a helicopter crash at Kalalau Beach on Thursday, March 26 have been reported.
On Thursday, first responders were dispatched to a report of a helicopter crash at Kalalau Beach at approximately 3:45 p.m.
Personnel from the Hanalei fire station, Rescue 3 aboard Air 1, United States Coast Guard, the Kaua'i Emergency Management Agency, and the Department of Land and Natural Resources responded to the incident.
According to a preliminary report, a helicopter carrying one pilot and four passengers crashed at Kalalau Beach.
