Community presentations on healthy aging programs to take place in Anahola March 30 and April 2
ANAHOLA – The County of Kaua‘i Agency on Elderly Affairs invites community members to join upcoming “talk story” sessions at the Anahola Clubhouse, located at 3900 Kawelo Street, Anahola.
Dates and times include Monday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to noon, and Thursday, April 2, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
This engaging presentation will highlight several of the agency’s healthy aging programs designed to support kupuna in staying active, connected, and well.
Attendees will learn about the following evidence-based and community-centered programs:

EnhanceFitness – A group exercise program focusing on strength, balance, flexibility, and heart health.

Better Choices, Better Health – A workshop series offering tools and support for individuals managing ongoing health conditions.

Better Balance Line Dancing Class – A fun, social activity that incorporates movement to improve balance, coordination, and confidence.
The Agency on Elderly Affairs encourages all interested community members, caregivers, and kupuna to attend, ask questions, and learn how these programs can support healthier aging on Kaua‘i.
