Parks and Recreation invites bids for retail concession stand at Spouting Horn Park
POʻIPŪ – The Department of Parks and Recreation has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Retail Vendor’s Concession Stand at Spouting Horn Park (IFB No. 4082). The solicitation has been published on Public Purchase through the County’s website.
The deadline to submit bids is 3 p.m. HST on April 9, 2026. All interested bidders must submit a Notice of Intention to Bid and Application to Bid by 3 p.m. HST on March 24, 2026.
The following key dates apply to this solicitation:
- Deadline for inquiries: March 19, 2026
- Notification of qualification: March 26, 2026
- Response to inquiries: March 26, 2026
- Tentative award date: April 30, 2026
There are eight concession stands located at Spouting Horn Park. The monthly rental upset bid price for the stand is $3,500.
