2 A.M. UPDATE: Flash Flood Warning expired

The Flash Flood Warning for Kaua‘i has expired. Officials advise the public to remain vigilant as rain continues into the day.

Kūhiō Highway near the Hanalei Bridge remains open at this time and no road closures have been reported. Please stay tuned to local media for updates on road closures, should they occur.

Ponding, low visibility, and other hazardous driving conditions may impact roadways. If you must drive, please do so with extreme caution.
