Lane closures scheduled for various locations in Līhu‘e Oct. 13 to Nov. 15
LĪHU'E – The Department of Public Works is announcing road closures and single-lane contraflow traffic patterns for portions of Puaole Street, Malae Street, Alohi Street, Uluhui Street, Ka‘ana Street, and Palai Street in Līhu‘e October 13 to November 15, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weekdays only, weather permitting.
These traffic modifications are necessary for the installation of fiber optic infrastructure by Hawaiian Telecom and their contractor, HP Communications.
Access to properties will be provided. Please observe and obey all traffic controls, posted signs and flaggers. Drivers should anticipate detours, lane, and road closure delays, and allow extra travel time while in the work areas.
