Multiagency Search Underway for Missing Līhu‘e Man
LĪHU‘E – The Kaua‘i Police Department (KPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
Bryson Higashi, 44, of Līhu‘e, was last seen on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in Hanalei. Higashi is five feet ten inches tall, weighs approximately 200 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.
Personnel with the Kaua‘i Police Department, the Kaua‘i Fire Department, U.S. Coast Guard, and Kaua‘i Search and Rescue are actively coordinating search efforts.
Anyone with information about Higashi’s whereabouts is urged to call KPD Dispatch at (808) 241-1711.
Bryson Higashi is five feet ten inches tall, weighs approximately 200 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.
